Direct answer for a useful RFQ
A useful T‑corking machine RFQ should identify the bottle, closure, accepted finished result, production output, sample availability, installation boundary and any handling risks. This does not need to be a full engineering pack, but it should give Lancing enough information to separate machine scope from unknown packaging variables.

Questions to answer before sending the enquiry
Do I need drawings or physical samples?
Drawings help with early screening, but physical bottle and closure samples are normally needed before the insertion result can be trusted. Real samples show supplier variation, surface finish, top contact, bottle stability and the way the closure behaves under the press.
Should I give a price target?
A budget range can help filter the automation route, but it should not replace the technical information. A low-price manual route and a fully automatic route answer different problems; the bottle, closure, output and acceptance evidence decide which route is realistic.
What if my closure or bottle is not final?
If the packaging is not final, say so. Lancing can still advise on the decision sequence, but the machine recommendation should remain provisional until representative closure and bottle samples are available.
